The Dallang Road subdivision is a 42 Lot residential subdivision in the heart of prestigious Middle Ridge, Toowoomba. The site was originally a 10 acre greenfield parcel of land and borders the Menzies Street Parkland on the Eastern side. Land is this area is very rare and highly sort after so this Project sold out well before completion. The completed project includes embellishments to Menzies Street park, as well as upgrades to Dallang Road and will feature upmarket designer homes constructed by numerous local award winning Builders.
The $ 17 million project started in March 2022 and was completed in January 2023.
